Elk Use Reclaimed Mine Lands

Lush reclaimed lands provide excellent forage for the Rochelle Hills elk herd. 1,000 acres of reclaimed land at Jacobs Ranch Mine have been designated as crucial winter range by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department for the elk herd.
